This book is very hard to use without a student edition of the same book - which is very hard to find at any reasonable price. This teacher's edition contains snapshots of the cards with questions, with correct answers marked, and instructions how to conduct the exam, including questions which the teacher should read to the students. However, it does not contain unmarked practice sheets for students.Almost useless on its own. It gives an idea of the structure of an ITBS exam and complexity of the questions, but this is about as far as it gets. Why these books are not sold in sets - teacher and student edition together???I suppose the only book which could be called even more useless on its own is the student's edition which contains exercise sheets but has neither questions nor answers :)

I had no idea how to use this book. A complete waste of money.

It arrived without instructions. This is a standardized test and it is supposed to come with test instructions.

I purchased the student handbook and teacher's edition as recommended by Amazon because it indicated without both it would not be useful, but the student handbook and teacher edition did not match up as Amazon advertised. Total waste of money!!! Don't buy.

Awful. Poorly written. Gives either no directions or limited/incorrect directions to the trail heads. For one "hike" the author wrote about and recommended it was actually a paved walking path through a suburban park and was in no way an actual hike. She does either limited or no research regarding times the trails may or may not be accessible. In one situation we drove 2.5 hours round trip only to find a park in suburban Cincinnati and trails closed.I will give the author credit for finding interesting places, however the writing is horrible and any direction given is inaccurate. You would be better off doing free research online than spending money on this book. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

An easy to read and easy to use book. We have done two of the sixty hikes and it is just as described in the book. I highly recommend for anyone who likes to hike.

I got this to give as a Christmas gift for my brother and nephew who live near Cincinnati. They tell me it has been a great book, and their first hike was to a place less than 20 minutes from their house. They had no idea it was there until seeing it in the book.

I lead an excercise group here in cinci,and getting lost w/ the group made me look ditsy.also mud, and parking, and bathrooms, oh my-now this book is my alibi.i'll look up the park and make sure it's kosherfor the group, and tell them, to not deterthem from coming out to enjoy the day.this book'll prepare you in every way.so great review-why'd she ding a star?because the maps could do better showing where you are.make them waterproof or travel size, easier to carry.but otherwise a good book, buyer don't be wary.

I love this book! My dad hunts mushrooms and ginseng so we like to hike a lot. This book has shown us some spots we never knew about! We also like to make notes in it about what trees, plants and wild life we see in the area. We plan on hiking all 60 places.

Love everything abiut then except I don’t know how they measure sizes. I went two sides up as people said or was to snug. I would feel better with something 3x my size
