What a beautiful book – I love the pictures that accompany each recipe. Each photo makes you hungry enough to start cooking immediately. I do not own a Crock Pot Express, but I found that a lot of these recipes can be easily adapted to standard methods of cooking. Samantha uses ingredients that are easy to find, methods that are simple without requiring a lot of special tools, and in general makes cooking enjoyable rather than a chore. I have given a copy of Samantha’s book to a friend who has the cooker and she’s working her way through the entire book. There’s a lot of good information included, not only about the cooker, but general cooking tips as well. A beginning cook can realize success immediately by using Samantha’s book.
I'm so glad to have this cookbook since my husband is suffering from arthritis, i can now prepare more delicious and healthy recipes to optimize his health. Recipes are so amazing and have great composition. This book also gives important information and reminders about anti-inflammatory diet and its principles. This is very helpful book for me.
Very disappointed that the book is misleading by claiming to be Anti Inflammatory. Many of the ingredients for most of these recipes are far from following the Anti Inflammatory diet. very sad with this purchase. further more I don't understand the reviews that are apparently for a different book as this one clearly states Instant Pot and has NO PICTURES.
This book also gives important information and reminders about anti-inflammatory diet and its principles. This is very helpful book for me. They're simple variations on some popular dishes, and you'll find that they'll be a healthy choice if you want to live a long and healthy life. Thanks author for creating us a new book fr all of us!
I just bought a cooker XL because I've read that it is super time efficient, economical and taste enhancer! However, I was intimidated by all the buttons on it. I found it a bit complicated .... Now with this guide, 1 I had a clear idea about how to use it (tips and tricks) and 2 there is an unlimited number of tasty and yummi recipes! Thanks for publishing a valuable book :) P.S: I loved how the book is organized in a clear manner (easy navigation on my kindle reader)

I bought this book because I just bought Crock Pot Express but I was wondering whether this book was originally written for Instant Pot, instead of Crock Pot Express . I encounter many Instant Pot terminology such as "Porridge" and "Multigrain" in this book. How can you use those in Crock Pot Express because Crock Pot Express does not have those things?After I read half of the book, my conclusion is this book is for Instant Pot. I imagine the writer used "search and replace" function in Microsoft Word to conveniently convert the book into Crock Pot Express book.I do not recommend this book.
